We pass by these outdoor, art stands all the time. From NYC to LA. And we just ignore them unless we are on the look out for cheap art. Well Banksy certainly taught us a lesson of being ignorant toward artists that aren’t exactly well-known. He set up his own art stand, secretly of course, in Central Park, NYC. An old man was playing the character of a local, street artist, casually selling stencils to passers-by. Three people bought the ‘old man’s’ work. And one of them even negotiated a lower price :O
